Hi, George:
You need this driver for the base system devices...
The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63637.exe
For the audio, the only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W8.1 audio driver from your notebook's support page.
Install and restart the PC.
This package contains the driver that enables the IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

Hi,
The drivers which are missing is for the jMicron card reader. These from 8.1 should work:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
For the sound try uninstalling the audio drivers in device manager and then reboot the PC. They will be automatically reinstalled by Windows.
Let me know,
David

Thank you for your help.
Windows didn't find any problems with my audio driver even if i delet and reinstal it, but i solved the problem by installing some drivers from Paul_Tikkanen link.
Thank you for your time.

Hi guys,
it seems that the audio problem persist. I didn't realize until now that i hear at the same time both, the headphones and the speakers too.
The problem is that i can't set just the headphones as default.
Any other solutions?
Thank you.
