Hello there,,

I don't have any problem with the sound.

but I can't found my Beats Audio Control Panel.

 

this happened when i get updated to windows 10 that i couldn't find this audio panel.

 

i have already checked windows update.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this W10 IDT audio driver works for your model.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver...

 

6.10.6492.0 Rev.A
