Hi,

I require the Beats Audio Control driver/software for this laptop. When I attempt to launch it via control panel I seem to recieve ' cannot find .startup file', please help. HP ENVY 14 k027cl

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to try this W10 IDT w/Beats Audio driver and restart the PC.
