Hi All,
It might seem a redunduent question, but i cant get my Beats audio to work. I have searched the community and found out that sp63555.exe is the driver i need. I was able to install it successfully but its not working as expected. When i open the beats configuration window Master is set to lowest and when i increase it speaker and headphones becomes low and i am not able to hear anything. Changing the listening experince does not change anything even disabling the beats audio.
Also Beats audio doesn't show in the control panel.

Hi:
See if installing this driver and restarting the PC, resolves the problem...
6.10.6492.0
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71886.exe
Sometimes this driver will set the PC's headphones as the default audio output device, so make sure the PC speakers are set as the default device after you install the driver, and if there is no sound afterward.
