Product: Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My wife has an HP Envy notebook with Beats Audio however the sound is very quiet (my phone speaker is louder) and does not appear to be coming from the Beats Speakers.  I cannot find any reference to the Beats System in the device manager or any Beats software anywhere.  Where can I get software and drivers for this notebook?

By the way, way is your HP Envy ? There are hundreds of models/products from many generations around.
