Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have already a driver working, but it desnt work in a proper way, I need to volume up to 70 to listen. And I lost the beat audio panel after upgrading to windows 10. I tried to install diferent drives but when they are, the audio doesnt work.

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to see if this W10 IDT audio driver works for your model.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

Well it worked,  but I needed to go to beats audio panel and change the configuration, at the begining, it wasn't working at all.

I used that driver on a different model notebook that didn't have W10 audio drivers and it installed, but there was still no sound.  I was disappointed.

 

I discovered that the audio driver set the headphones as the default, and after I changed the default to the PC speakers, it worked great.

 

Prior to that, I had the same issue as you...the generic audio driver that W10 installed made the audio so low, I had to adjust the volume way up to hear sounds at a barely acceptable level.
