Your machine is a bit old, I don't know this is going to work or not. Please try the latest  Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver (Windows 10 v1703)  dated Jul 10, 2017

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81001-81500/sp81305.exe

 

otherwise please try

 

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe

Hi, @isa_H

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try this IDT audio driver from a newer model notebook that has the same audio system...Restart the PC after installing this driver.

 

6.10.6491.0

 

This package contains the driver that enables the IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
