My notebook is installed with Beats audio system.

 

I reinstalled the windows 10 and somehow lost the software supporting the beats audio. How can I get the software back so that Beats Audio can work again.

Hi,

 

Try installing the IDT HD Audio software package on the following link ( this should also provide the Beats gui ).

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63555.exe

 

When the installation has completed, restart the notebook.

Hi,

 

Can you post back with the full Model No. and Product No. of your notebook - you can usually get this by holding down the fn key and pressing esc, otherwise see Here for a guide on locating this information.

Notebook HP Stream 14-z000nl windows 10 32 bit I have a problem with the audio, the folder also has programs, it does not open anything, I no longer have audio control panel, I have the icon but it does not open how can I fix it?
