Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop came with Beats Audio which was pretty good ! However since the Windows 10 install from Windows 7 I've only got standard audio driver. The HP assistant can't see any driver missing. Which driver do I need to find and install ??

Hi:

 

Your notebook is not supported by HP for W10 and there are no W10 audio drivers for your notebook.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the IDT w/Beats audio driver from a newer model notebook and see if that works.   Restart the PC after installing the driver.
