Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Beats speakers  not working win10 64 bit , tried win8/8.1 drivers for solution but - seeing beats software but now not hear audio

See if installing this W10 IDT driver from a newer model notebook and restarting the PC resolves the problem.

okey. now working beats. but  have some problems have - as you see picture master not working when scrol it ,hp speakers is down and hasn't sound . 2nd problem when put headphone not start automaticly. when change config to communication headphones that time works headphone . how can resolve those?

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that.

 

I think you are going to have to live with the way it is now.

 

Your notebook is not supported for W10 and that was the only W10 notebook driver released to HP by IDT.
