Hello English Community,

 

I am facing Bluetooth connection problem in my laptop since a month. Whenever I connect any Bluetooth audio device to my laptop, sounds got muted for 1 or 2 seconds, and it's very annoying and disturbing, I have tried with  more than 5 Bluetooth device. It only works perfect with HP headset, but not working with any other Bluetooth devices.

 

I have already sent my laptop to HP repair center, but the issue is still not solved.

 

I've also changed my operating system from Windows 11 to Linux and also tried Windows 10. But Still the same issue found.
