HP Recommended

Hi. I purchased an HP Envy x360 laptop in December.

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 155U 2.10 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.5 GB usable)
Device ID 91C048DB-E683-4B7E-B2B7-434C84DE3AAB
Product ID 00330-81628-20658-AA393
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch points

The Bluetooth is Intel Wireless Bluetooth

I cannot hear sound through my bluetooth speaker or headphones.  My Echo says it is connected (as well as my headphones) and I can see it is connected in the sound menu, but I don't hear any sound coming through the speakers or headphones.  I checked to make sure that the volume is on and the correct device is connected, but no sound.

I tried to update the driver, but that didn't make a difference.

I am able to get sound through the default speakers, but not through bluetooth.

Any idea why the sound is not coming?

Please let me know if there is any other information that you need.

Thanks!
