Product: hp laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've paired my Jabra elite 65t earbuds to my hp laptop.  Everything seems to be enabled in the Device Manager.

However no sound is coming out, of Netflix, You tube, etc.

Can someone help me figure out the problem?  

All bluetooth advice talks about the pairing process, and wonder if there's an Audio setting I'm not seeing?

Please try to enable it from Sound

 

(a) Right click speaker ion,

(b) Select Open Sound settings

(c) Select your BT device on the pull down list (on the Output device window),

 

If you could not find it, you have to install its driver. Please ask vendor to supply driver for you.
