Hello,

My laptop is having trouble connecting to my Samsung earbuds, it used to work just fine, but lately i can only use my earbuds on my laptop when using Spotify and Netflix, Youtube and Disney+ does not work at all.

I tried many things, like uninstalling my earbuds from Device Manager then shutting down and restarting my laptop, removing my earbuds then pairing them again. Nothing seems to be working right now.

Thanks

@Stephanie999 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that Bluetooth is not working.

Let's start with the Hard Reset: (To release any excessive static causing the issue).

This method works for a variety of Driver connection and ‘stuck’ program issues.

  • Shut down the computer

  • Disconnect all external devices - everything.

  • Remove AC power and the battery

  • Press and hold power button for at least 30 seconds

  • Reconnect the AC power (only),

  • Power on > Login

  • Next time you shut down the system, reinstall battery and follow the below steps.

Heya,

I tried shutting it down, and pressing the On button for 30 seconds, but unfortunately it did not work. Some further information, when my laptop started, I was only able to watch one youtube video where my bluetooth earphones were able to work, and then for the next video it completely did not work. weird.

If there is any other way, please do share.

I understand your concerns.

Please install the Bluetooth driver and check.
