Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. My built-in microphone is not working. I followed every troubleshoot that is in the microphone section and listed in some of the answers for similar issues. None of them work. When I use my bluetooth headset or USB-C headphones, the microphone works. It is just the built-in microphone. 

 

I don't know what all you need, so here's some information:

HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-dr1xxx

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz

Windows 10 Home 21H1

I'm out of the warranty period.

 

I've included below some screenshots. The first is the HP Support Diagnostic. The second is the microphone test. The third is the microphone settings. The final one is the microphone privacy.

Please select Realtex, not Intel for Microphone input device

It's not showing as an option. It only shows the Intel one.
