Goodmorning, I'm sorry for my not-perfect English cause I'm an Italian customer, I've bought this HP Laptop (HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-ay0xxx as it says on the device's info, HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-ay0003nl as it says on the product's box) almost a week ago and I found out that this pc can't find a built-in microphone in apps that demand it such as Cortana, webcam recordings, jitsi meet etc.
So I started to look for an internal microphone on Panel Control>Hardware and Sound>Sound>Devices>Recording  but the only device that I found was an Headset Microphone (Realtek) Unplugged and when I connect to the pc my bluetooth earbuds I can se the earbuds microphoon too, but there's no trace for a built-in microphon and, since I'm a student that in september will start University, in these days microphone is an essential element. I want to know if this product hasn't a built-in microphon or if it's an Hardware or Software issue and, in this particular case, what can I do to solve it. Thanks for the answer!

Had same issue. HP tech downloaded drivers directly from AMDs website. FIXED.
