THE ISSUE: My headphones keep will occasionally disconnecting anywhere between every 15 minutes or every 12 hours on my OMEN HP PC. The span of time is inconsistent. The audio will disconnect and I will check my Bluetooth setting. It will say "connected" but the audio will continue to not work. When fully working the Bluetooth device notification usually reads "connected mic, audio" instead of "connected" which is how it reads when the audio does NOT work. I will hear the "disconnected" voice come through my headphones 10-30 seconds after I notice the audio cut out. Eventually (as late as 2-4 minutes later) the bluetooth device notification will update to "disconnected". When I re-pair the bluetooth on my device, sometimes it says "can't connect" in red text or other times it says "connected" but the audio still isn't working - I will sometimes hear the "pairing" voice in my headphones multiple times while it says "connected" and no amount of waiting or re-clicking "disconnect/connect" button in the bluetooth device manager works so I have to turn my headphones off and on until it does (which may take 1 to 8 attempts to resolve).

WHAT I'VE DONE SO FAR:

- I have testing the headphones on a laptop and android phone and neither device has any issues. It's just my OMEN PC

- I have uninstalled and reinstalled each bluetooth driver and restarted my computer.

- I have checked for updates for bluetooth drivers

- I have checked any drivers that can be installed for my computer on HP's official website

- I unchecked the "allow computer to turn off the device to save power" option

- I ran a windows bluetooth troubleshoot to fix "check bluetooth radio status"

- I restarted bluetooth support service under services.msc

- I went to the Troubleshoot Bluetooth problems in Windows section of "Get Help"  to run automated diagnostics to try solving your Bluetooth problem and followed every troubleshooting recommendation (even if already listed above)

WHAT WORKS:

None of these things have worked and normally the issue resolves itself on its own. Sometimes waiting 20-30 minutes works to resolve the repairing issue, but will cut out again later (within 2 minutes or 2 hours or 2 days). Sometimes disconnecting and reconnecting works, but sometimes it doesn't.

Please read this and let me know what version Bluetooth the headset is and what version Bluetooth your Omen has.  Also, it would be helpful to know the exact Omen model (or product ID)
