Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 14-dv0000 (9WF37AV)

Builtin microphone not recording.  UEFI testing ok.  Show only very low level on the testing bar despite being set 100%.  NOT recording in voice recorder, Zoom.   Was working before and recording well.
