HP Recommended

I use HP 255G10 R7-7730U 15 16GB/1T PC (C14PCET) NOTEBOOK and I have a problem with the built-in microphone on it. Everything works, I have done all the hardware health tests and installed the necessary sound drivers several times and it shows me that everything is fine, but the microphone still does not work. How can I solve this problem?Sound issue.png
