Product: HP Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When using zoom video-conferencing the audio cuts out during meetings and is replaced with a very loud buzzing sound that only stops if the laptop is completely turned off. This has happened about 5 times over the past two weeks since I purchased it. The laptop is only two weeks old.

The EXACT thing kept happening to my new Envy x360 laptop every video meeting. I contacted HP Support several times. HP Support updated my drivers and it did NOTHING. I have a whole thread about it. HP said someone would direct message me to resolve the issue. That was on October 18. I have yet to receive a direct message.
