Product: HP ZBook Studio 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (30N04AV)

Hi

I am hearing a buzzing noise from the left side of my laptop in the speaker section. 

it's really annoying and even if the laptop is in sleep mode I hear it which is more annoying. When I play music and load heavy work on it then a strange sound comes out of the speakers you can see in the video I upload. 

I run hp assistant service and check all hardware and software there isn't any problem, additionally, I read some offered solutions by the community here regarding the buzzing noise, but none of them worked. 

I have two years warranty and contacted the hp assistant service, they arranged collection but the shipping company didn't come to collect it. 

please guide me on what should I do.
