Hello, i need to identify what is my Realtek audio chipset model. Already tried System information, Device Manager, Cpu-z and Piriform speccy and none of them gives the exact model. Just saying Realtek HD Audio.

 

My mainboard is: HP 8217 (U3E1)

 

Please help me.

I understand that you are trying to find the Realtek audio chipset model. Try the steps below:
 

  1. Open Run by pressing “Windows logo key” and “R” simultaneously.
  2. Type “msinfo32” and press enter to open “System Information”.
  3. Maximize Components – “Sound Device”.

Thanks for your answer but as I already mentioned, System Information gives me only "Realtek HD Audio"...

Thanks for the update! Try the steps below:

 

Open Run and type "dxdiag" and press enter to open "DirectX Diagnostic Tool". Check under "Sound" tab. You should get the hardware ID and other details from here.
