Realtek (R) Microphone array is missing from my laptop
-> It can detect the external audio input device but it can't detect the internal microphone array.
-> When I connect my headset microphone it can recognize the external microphone.
-> I even tried reinstalling the drivers from official page.
I checked thoroughly through the device manager, the microphone array is missing.

Personally I'not used to reinstall driver from free program... however I solved the driver issue by a manual reinstallation from Windows Device manager (second step).
First try to run SFC and DISM Scan it will locate and repair corrupted files that might harm you device
To run DISM
- Open Start, type: CMD
- Right click CMD
- Click Run as administrator
Type in at the prompt OR Copy and Paste these one at a time : (Hit enter after each)
- Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
- Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
- Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
To run SFC
- Open Start, type: CMD
- Right click CMD
- Click Run as administrator
- At the Command Prompt, type: sfc/scannow
Second Windows Updating driver from windows Device manager:
- Make sure your device has internet connectivity
- Right click on start button and click on device manager.
- click on system device.
- then right click on AMD audioCoprocessor.
- click on update driver
- click on update from windows
reboot your laptop
