Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1B0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After i upgrade my graphic driver, the microphone doesn't work. My laptop doesn't detected the default microphone the microphone array. I've tried so many thing like upgrading my windows etc. And then I tried upgrading the audio driver from the support assistant, but when the laptop tried to install the suggested audio driver, my laptop straight into bluescreen. Is there anything i can do about this issue? this thing get me insane really. Ty.
