Product: HP 840 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I put the serial number of my HP laptop into support it says it can't find it, so when I put the product names it gives me some HP 840 G5 options, but none of them have the Bang & Olufsen drivers.

How do I update these drivers?

It is embedded under Conexant ISST Audio driver

 

        https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp106001-106500/sp106154.exe

 

You should be able to see it like this  (my machine is also an HP 840 G5):

Thank you so much for the quick response. Jus to be clear, the drivers on the HP site for Basic HP 840 G5 is the drivers that I can use for this laptop?
