Hi. Just got a new HP Windows 11 laptop that I fully updated.
The actual model number is HP Laptop 15-fd0027st
I have the realtec audio driver updated to the latest version and it sounds ok but I can't seem to find a special console to interact with it. On my old HP Win 10 computer, I could open a console (HP Audio control) and it had a equalizer and sound effects that I could turn on and off etc. On this computer, it doesn't seem to exist. I can go in the basic windows sound settings that every computer has and it doesn't have an equalizer or offer the kind of control a separate console has. Does the laptop just not offer it?
When i check for updates for the laptop model, either with hp support assistant or by going to the model page and quering available updates, I don't see any audio console there just the realtec high definition audio driver.. I did update the realtec driver but no console is to be seen.
Is it possible to download HP audio control from somewhere to use that to interact with the realtec HD audio driver on my model laptop?
Thanks.
