HP Envy m4 1703
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Hopefully someone can help me! First of all, I cannot find beats audio anywhere on my computer. It is not in the hidden icons, it does not appear in the search bar, it is not in the control panel or device manager. I tried finding the driver at HP but my computer with windows 10 is not listed under the options. My computer is HP envy m4 1703.

Secondly, ever since a recent update (this past month, July/August 2017), the sound is very low and sounds like it is coming out only from the sides. It sounds like a tin can. Is there a fix for this?

Thank you!!!

Hello,
There was a recent update where beats audio went away again, so I reinstalled the above and now I have no internet connections available. Are these two things connected? Thank you!

If not, is there a way I can get back to seeing available connections? All other devices in this house have multiple connection options and mine won’t connect or see anything available. Thank you!

actually never mind. I was dumb and didn't restart it, and now it works. Thanks!
