Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! When I connect earphones to audio jack of my laptop (HP 240 g6 Notebook), I can hear sound properly on the left earbud but can't hear anything on the right one. Sometimes when I hold earphone cable tightly in a specific angle I can hear in both buds but its annoying and difficult.  My earphones are good as I tasted them on other devices. Also the built-in speaker's sound isn't clear and loud enough even when volume is full. I tried audio troubleshooting but it doesn't detect any problems.

Hello @shaiyan111

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your computer !

You will find this information on the back or side of your computer printed in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.

It is allowed to post in public, no problem.

best regards
