HP ENVY Laptop - 17t-cg000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Bang & Olufsen Control Panel app was accidentally uninstalled from my 17.3" HP ENVY Laptop and now I can't find it anywhere to reinstall. Can anybody give me the answer or a good suggestion?

HELP!

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to reinstall the Realtek audio driver from your notebook's support page, because that is the driver that installs the Bang & Olufsen audio software.

Thank you,

"The driver is not supported on this OS version".  (Windows 10 64-bit).

Unfortunately, that is the newest driver available, and I don't know what else you can do.

There are only older drivers, so I imagine you would get the same error as you just did.

After I downloaded Driver would that Bang & Olufsen Contol Panel app automatically show up in "Start" or would I have to look/search for it?

I did the most recent driver from the HP site with their Install device and when it's said and done the Windows 10 64bit 22H2 OS is "not supporting" that particular driver. Although I think it may have prior. This 4-month out-of-the-box Laptop is a mess e.g. I must twice daily do a CMD ipconfig /flushdns to redo the DNS otherwise no internet, after an HP agent reconfigured it remotely, it still doesn't work properly. No other apps will Download and Install and Open properly from the Microsoft Store and although I've been nearly Terminally Ill on three fronts 8 of the last 9 months in the hospital and talking on the phone or typing is hard, my 3 Year Care Pack Plan is improperly registered with HP online and in their system so I take 30 minutes to get to a screener who tells me I can't talk to a technician without a Warranty.
