Try Microsoft update catalog search for soundmax driver look the one compatible with ur os and try installing it manually or try win update

Did get Google chromo on your PC if so type in reltek sound driver for win 10 64 bit edition it would bring out different category just choose one and try if I would work

i tried the realtek driver but the volume is very low

Then if that is the case try downloading the latest dfx audio enhancer it will help you increase the audio sound a little bit
