I have the same problem as these 2 threads -

where else can I get this Chipset driver please?

Hi:

 

Even if you could download that chipset driver, it wouldn't work on your model because it was only for notebooks with Intel chipsets and processors.

 

You can download the latest chipset driver for PC's with the Ryzen processors directly from AMD at the link below.
