Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i have an hp compaq presario cq70 that had windows vista and ofcourse vista is out-of-support but everything was working fine, until i upgraded via usb the windows 10 21h1 update and when i tired to use the microphone(built-in) it wasn't detecting any sound at all. I opened the laptop and it was fine, i tried updating the driver nothing can you help me?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... 

 

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

 

You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.

It is allowed to post in public, no problem.
