Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hearing are recognized by the laptop, but the laptop audio only plays to its own speaker and not the hearing aids.  Can the laptop communicate with the hearing aids (KS 9.0)?

Are you sure it works on Windows machine ? Please use the following Guide, looks like a No:

On Monday last week (July 18, 2022) I went to Amplifon office to test my ears and received a set of hearing set free under Australian Government scheme for seniors. This morning I read the manual, it ONLY supports iPhone, iPad and iPod. No Windows, No Android
