Product: HP Pavillion Laptop 15-cc0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop is paired to JBL Charge 3 speaker. Was working fine until yesterday morning. It connects and say connected for voice and music but no sound comes from the speaker. I did try 2 different phones and tried paring to different speaker and all work fine. But for some reason I can pair to the Charge 3 speaker but no sound. I have turned the volume up on both devices and nothing. I also removed the device from my laptop, restarted, rebooted the speaker and reconnected but still nothing. Can someone help me please?
