I have the HP H150 earphones, they came complimentary with my laptop. Since yesterday, the left earphone light keeps blinking, I can't hear anything on it(even the connected/ paired command, it's totally silent). The right one is completely fine though. I can't find the box these earphones came in and I'm not fining reliable videos online as well. These earphones are only connected to my laptop. Please help, what should my next steps be?

@Purple1610, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Thanks for the details. It sounds like your HP H150 TWS earphones are experiencing a pairing/sync issue between the left and right earbuds, which is fairly common with true wireless earbuds.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot and re-sync both earbuds:
Reset & Re-Pair HP H150 Earphones
Forget the device on your laptop:
- Go to Bluetooth settings on your laptop.
- Remove or “Forget” the HP H150 from the list of paired devices.
Take both earbuds out of the case, and make sure they are turned off.
- If they don’t auto power off, touch and hold the button/sensor on each until they turn off (usually ~5–10 seconds).
Reset the earbuds:
- Place both earbuds in the case.
- Press and hold the touch controls on both earbuds simultaneously for about 10–15 seconds (this varies—if no luck at 10s, try up to 15–20s).
- You may see the LEDs blink rapidly or change color—this signals a reset.
Take the earbuds out again.
- They should now pair with each other first.
- Wait 5–10 seconds. You might see only one earbud blinking (usually the right one), which means they’ve synced.
- If both keep blinking separately, they haven’t paired—try Step 3 again.
Re-pair to your laptop:
- Go to Bluetooth settings on your laptop and pair with HP H150 again.
- Test sound output. Both earbuds should now work.
Quick Checks if That Fails
- Charge fully: Put both earbuds back in the case and charge fully. A low battery on the left earbud can cause this.
- Try another device: Test the earbuds with a phone to rule out a laptop-specific issue.
- Single-earbud mode bug: If you previously used just one earbud (e.g., the right), the left may have "lost sync". The reset above typically fixes this.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

I managed to do steps 1 and 2. I'm not understanding step 3, when i place the buds back in the box, they light-up orange. i tried touching the sensors when the buds were in the box for 20s but the orange light was on throughout. I close and reopened the box. I thought everything was ok. Both the buds were blinking but after a few seconds, they stopped blinking and they had the usual white light on, I connected them to my phone tis time BUT I heard 'connected' only from the right bud, the ;eft one started blinking again. 🥲
What should I do now?
Please share videos or pictures if there are any, they would be very helpful.
