I have tried to add my samsung galaxy buds FE to my HP envy but they are not recognised - any suggestions please

- Make sure the Bluetooth tile is turned on. If it's off, click on it to turn it on.
- Alternatively, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and ensure Bluetooth is on.
Put Galaxy Buds in Pairing Mode:
- Place the Galaxy Buds in the charging case and close the lid.
- Wait for 5-6 seconds, then open the lid. The buds should enter pairing mode automatically.
- If they don't, touch and hold both earbuds’ touchpads until you hear a series of beeps indicating they are in pairing mode.
Add a Bluetooth Device:
- Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
- Click on Add Bluetooth or other device and select Bluetooth.
- Your laptop will start searching for available Bluetooth devices. Wait for your Galaxy Buds to appear in the list and select them.
Update Bluetooth Drivers:
- Open Device Manager by pressing Windows + X and selecting Device Manager.
- Expand the Bluetooth section.
- Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
