Connecting bluetooth headset -> microphone not working

When I connect my headset via bluetooth, the microphone is not working (microphone is ok, works with other devices). When I disconnect the headset, the laptop microphone is not working as well. I need to restart the laptop to get the laptop microphone working again.

I updated all drivers, the effect happen with multiple headsets, ...

I have no idea what else I can do
