Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s1000 (90P69AV)

I have been using my computer for about 3 months, and I noticed that the right speaker cracks or distorts on sounds like 'Ch' and 'Sh.' I uninstalled and reinstalled the audio driver, and even updated it, but the issue persists. Would technical service be able to help with this, or is a replacement possible?
