Notebook HP ENVY 17-n106nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

No new driver for your machine from 2016

           https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-17-n100-notebook-pc/8499288

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

   (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
                  https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107501-108000/sp107674.exe

   (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
   (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
   (d) Reboot again.

Regards.

I haven't solved with this advice. Can I do something else to identify the problem? The audio works correctly but often you hear that noise before a sound starts...
