HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 (1F4E5AV)

There is a crackling noise coming out of the bottom of my computer. I have tried all the sound/speaker tricks, may be hardware related? Please help!!

I understand you are facing a crackling noise issue with your HP ENVY Laptop 13-Ba1000 (1F4E5AV). Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

I really appreciate your efforts in trying to troubleshoot audio issues. 

 

To assist better:

  • May I know if there was accidental damage on the unit?
  • Was there any update prior to the issue?

While you respond to that please try the below steps:

 

Update the BIOS & Chipset drivers:

if the issue still persists, I'm sending out a private message to assist you with the next course of action.
