Hi, I've faced with problem wich I already found on internet.
My audio dinamics are crackin without any reason, also the level of volume can changing when I'm watching or listening music. Usually it happens when I listen on a high levele of volume, then it become lower twice until I reload.
Sometimes it works reverse.
I tried a lot of things like mentioned below:
What i have already done to solve the issue:
- update the driver with last version available on HP site --> no effect
- update the dirver with last version available on Realtek site --> no effect
- update the bios with last version --> no effect

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.
(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp123501-124000/sp123560.exe
(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
Regards.

Hi Banhien,
Thank you for you instruction. I've done according to your message and tested , but nothing changes
As I wrote before I already did the same procedure.
Cracking of dynamics are still the same, especially from roght side.
And decreasing of volume in two times. For my feelings it decresing from right side of laptop.
