Hi, 

I've been having issues with my gaming laptop as whenever I game it always crashes. Also my audio is broken as my earphones always cuts out and freezes the laptop. I have tried new earphones so I know that is not the problem. I was wondering if anyone knows how I can fix this and make my laptop stop crashing/freezing. Thank you.
