Hi I have win 10 ver 1903 in my laptop

Having realtek audio driver after updating it again and again

My issue is my wireless headphones are getting connected but are not showing in playback. Tried all the possible solutions. I think it's some driver issue. Tried installing the drivers again. Still facing the issue. Badly frustrated. Please help.

As mentioned earlier also ,I have tried the scannow thing also but it couldn't work for me.

Please tell any other alternative. I am badly frustrated hearing the same recommendations again and again which is not helpful at all. Please suggest any alternative if you can suggest any.
