This computer is generally very good.  I bought it at Best buy back in September.  I've been having a lot of problems with the finger scanner not working  😕.   Also, I'm disappointed with the Bang & Oluffson speaker.  Why did they put them on the bottom of the computer?  I've called HP several times.  They reset the entire system, and it still isn't working!  Best buy was not helpful either.  I was going to trade it in, but it wasn't eligible.  The Oluffson speakers, in my opinion, are weak and not very good.  If anyone has any advice on how to  solve these issues, I'd appreciate it
