Hello everyone,

I am testing the user interface of an online used cars dealership website on various HP devices. I noticed that when viewing the vehicle catalog and high-resolution inventory images on HP laptops (specifically on full HD and 4K screens), the image containers overlap and the sidebar text alignment shifts.

For reference, here is the website layout I am working on:

Could anyone check if this is a known graphics rendering issue on certain HP models, or do I need to adjust my CSS media queries for HP display resolutions? Any feedback from laptop users would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @alizaymateen774,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're stoked to have you on board!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share the model name of your device?

Need help finding your product number? We've got you covered! Check out this handy guide:

Meanwhile, try the following steps:

On the HP laptop, right‑click the desktop > Display settings > Scale and layout.

If scaling is set to 125% or 150%, test your site at those values to see how containers behave.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Best regards,

Kuroi_Kenshi

I'm an HP Employee.
