Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer's speakers or microphone no longer work. When running troubleshooting it says it can't detect the devices. I have installed all possible drivers from Windows, HP and Intel. I reset the BIOS and restarted the computer several times. Please help!

4) I was able to install the 2nd, 4th and 5th suggested drivers, but for the 1st and 3rd I got this error message. Driver not supported by OS.jpg
