Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d0000 (3S9N7AV)

HI. I've purchased a Samsung HW-Q990B to use my HP Victus as an HTPC. I installed Dolby Access on the Victus but Atmos will not work which I need for the soundbar to work correctly. DTS-X Works just fine. Can someone help me get Dolby Atmos working. I've tried all of the trouble shooting guides I could find online but nothing helped.
