I want to get Dolby audio on this laptop. How do I get it?

It should come (if available) with Sounds driver. Otherwise you have to pay to get the software. More info

The links you provided is about Dolby io, which I think is quite different from what I am looking for.  This is what I am looking for: https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/dolby-audio/9NJZD5S7QN99?hl=en-us&gl=US but I cant download it. I have tried alternatives, but I am only interested in Dolby Audio.
