I want to download the The Bang and Olufsen Audio Control which suddenly disappeared from my Spectre 13inch laptop.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

To get the answer to this question, B&O software is outdated and replaced with the Realtek High-Definition Audio Driver (Windows 10 v1909)

Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-envy-17-ce0000-laptop-pc-series/260847... to download the new audio driver for your computer.
