Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver
This package contains the DCHU driver installation package for the Realtek bluetooth in the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems ( Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows10 Cloud OS).
Has been sent to my Windows 11 laptop!! Can HP fix the update delivery system to send only compatible updates.

That driver is listed at your laptop's software repository as compatible with Windows 11, 22H2
It may not work in window 24H2 but then HP has not released any Bluetooth Realtek drivers for 24H2 or 23H2 for that matter. it might be backwards compatible or maybe not.
if you have an Intel Wi-Fi / Bluetooth board then sending you a Realtek driver is a mistake. I had Microsoft send me an NVidia driver when I did not have an NVidia board. If Microsoft ever sends you a BIOS update be sure to ignore it and only use what the HP support assistant recommends.
Intel also has a support assistant for drivers
I would trust that more than any Microsoft driver update.
